Foundation Fortnight - Software Cornwall

Foundation Fortnight is a programme run by Software Cornwall to assist software companies recruiting the best developers. Open mainly to graduates, it allows students to participate in a team undertaking an intense two week software project to be specified, designed and implemented under the watchful eye of a professional Agile software coach. Whilst this is happening, prospective employers get to have a close look at the students and decide which ones they should be interviewing in the third week for positions within their company.

The goal of this survey is to obtain an accurate measure of the demand for software developers in Cornwall so that we can scale the programme accordingly.

Minimum sponsorship (£100) - this would include being listed on our Foundation Fortnight jobs board.

Basic sponsorship (£400-£800) - this would include the above and; presenting your company to the candidates; full access to candidate CVs and the opportunity to contact candidates of interest.

Full sponsorship (£1500-£3000) - this would include all of the above and a greater level of involvement in the two week project; the option to invite candidates to trial at your premises in the third week; top level PR opportunities with the programme.
