1. Please provide the following information:

2. Many companies offer a Community Grant that provides matching funds to the non profit organization when an employee provides volunteer time. If your company provides a Community Grant, may we submit the paperwork documenting your volunteer time that qualifies to receive matching funds to support the CCCSEF?

3. The first Tuesday of each month at LMC from 4 pm - 6 pm, the CCCSEF Organizing Committee meets to review the progress of the activities required to successfully prepare for the CCCSEF. The members of this committee are the planning team who make the major decisions that directs and shapes the Fair. It is composed of educators, parents, and industry partner representatives. Please indicate below if you would like to participate.

4. Projects are reviewed by a Scientific Review Committee (SRC) responsible for approving the science projects submitted for the competition. Members of the SRC review the scientific merit and safety of each project based on their area of expertise and education. Time commitment is flexible based on your schedule and the number of projects to be reviewed. Please indicate which category you qualify to review:

5. Approximately 120 professionals will be needed to judge projects submitted in six categories. Judges examine the quality of each project, and how well the student understands the project and area of study. Judging will occur on March 16, 2012 from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Please indicate if you would like to judge.

6. From March 12 to March 17, 2012; volunteers are needed to collate judging materials, assist students on set-up day, provide assistance for judges, prepare awards and help with the coordination of the Awards Ceremony. Times vary throughout each of the days. Please indicate which dates and times you would prefer to contribute your time. Four hour time block minimums are preferred.

7. Many students would benefit by having an e-mentor with expertise in their area of research to discuss their scientific experiment and/or where to access resources. If you would like to be available as an e-mentor, please indicate all areas of expertise.
