Fit Fest 2010 Survey

Please complete and submit this form by Friday, January 29. Please keep in mind that proposals will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis space permitting.

If you, your department, or a class or group can commit to exhibiting, you or those appointed to the exhibit are expected to be present during the entire event from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. (keep in mind, you can coordinate shift changes). The site for this year’s Fit Fest is the Field House of the Wellness and Recreation Complex. (T-shirts will be distributed to registered exhibitors at exhibitor check-in during Fit Fest.)

You will receive a confirmation letter with complete event details by early February. Thank you for your willingness to participate!
