The 2010 Texas Chronic Disease Report
"The 2010 Texas Chronic Disease Burden Report" was prepared by the Texas Department of State Health Services, Health Promotion and Chronic Disease Prevention Section to monitor outcomes for certain chronic disease conditions and associated behavioral risk factors in Texas. The content of the report provides information on mortality, prevalence, trends over time, hospitalizations, and cost. The chronic diseases included in the report are ischemic heart disease, stroke, lung cancer, female breast cancer, cervical cancer, colorectal cancer, prostate cancer, asthma, arthritis, and diabetes mellitus.
This survey is being conducted to evaluate the 2010 Texas Chronic Disease Burden Report.
