1. In conjunction with the British Chambers of Commerce, BT Business want to hear what you think about your business broadband and what it means to your business. Take a few minutes to complete the survey for a chance to win an iPad 3. Tell us your thoughts.

Terms and Conditions

1. The draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, other than employees of BT, their families or its agencies. Only one entry per person. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and check their identity
2. Prize is an Apple iPad 3, 16GB with Wi-Fi enabled access only (colour will be determined at the discretion of the Promoter). Prize is subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
3. Entries must be by completing the survey on the 6th July 2012. Entries sent in through agents or third parties will not be entered into the Prize Draw.
4. The winner will be the drawn at random by an independent person on 13th July 2012. The winner will be notified by email on or before 10th August 2012.
5. The prize will be sent to the winner week commencing 13th August 2012.
6. The prize winners details (name and county only) may be obtained by written request by sending an SAE to Sideshow, The Enterprise Pavilion, Fern Barrow, Poole BH12 5HH on or before the 10th August 2012.
7. Your personal details will be retained for the purpose of the Prize Draw and will not be processed for any other purpose, unless you choose or have chosen to receive information from the Promoter
8. No cash alternative will be offered and prizes are non-transferable.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the winner if they cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of time (to be established at the promoter’s sole discretion) and the right to disqualify any entrant or select alternative winner in the event that it believes that any entrant has contravened these Terms and Conditions.
10. Submitting an entry to this Prize Draw is deemed to be acceptance by the entrants of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this Prize Draw without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.
11. Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant resulting from entering this Prize Draw or by the entrant’s acceptance of the prize, or any damage to any entrant’s or other person’s computer or mobile phone equipment as a consequence of downloading any material relating to this promotion.
12. This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
