The vision of Animal Care Services is to make Long Beach the safest large city for people and animals. Your feedback is an important tool for improving the services we provide. The purpose of this survey is to develop recommendations for the City Council to address the following outcomes:

* reducing animal impounds
* reducing euthanasia of healthy animals
* increasing animal redemptions and adoptions
* increasing enforcement of the municipal code
