No. Lattersey was designated a Local Nature Reserve in 1986. It is owned by Fenland District Council, and managed for the benefit of wildlife and the enjoyment of people by the Wildlife Trust. Access to Lattersey Local Nature Reserve is from New Road on the eastern edge of Whittlesey: there is a car park by the main entrance which has disabled access facilities.
