Does (carat) size matter?   Yes. I'm spending a fortune on this thing, and want people to see it. Sort of. A nice size is fine, but I know a quality stone is important to her. No. I don't need to show off. She'll appreciate quality over size. No. A big stone just wouldn't be her style.
