Program:
Please join us for refreshments and a stimulating conversation. The event will be very interactive, involving scenarios to discuss and share experiences. Cook will talk about roles and responsibilities of Board Members, including job descriptions and expectations. Nilsen will talk about engagement and communication. Other themes include building board capacity, increasing board education, and dealing with difficult board members.

Board Chairs and Executive Directors are encouraged to attend as a team, as the relationship between the two will be discussed.
