WCPSS is conducting a confidential, anonymous survey of the athletic interests of our high school students. Completing this survey is optional; however, we encourage your participation to help WCPSS in determining the athletic interests of all students, even if you do not currently participate in sports.
This survey will assist WCPSS to determine if it is effectively accommodating athletic interests and abilities of its students, including whether to add additional sports.
Information collected in this survey will be kept confidential. If you provide your name or contact information, WCPSS will keep it confidential.
This survey should take 5-7 minutes to complete.
