The Enterprise Engagement Indicator (EEI)
 

INSTRUCTIONS:

 
The following is a short survey that should take you less than 15 minutes to complete. It will allow you to assess engagement holistically in your organization by determining how your management team perceives three critical areas: Employee Engagement, Client Engagement and Supplier Engagement.This combination will provide you a better understanding of how much these core groups may be committed to your success, where your strengths and weaknesses may lie and what you might focus on for improvement. After you complete the survey and submit it, our research team will provide you the results within two business days.

All of your responses will be held in strictest confidence. The Center for Human Capital Innovation will use only aggregate data in research it may develop for its membership.

Please use the seven point scale to record your answers, with “1” being the lowest end of the scale (i.e. totally disagree) “4” being neutral, and “7” being the high end of the scale (i.e., fully agree). Please use the “Unable to Rate” only if you don’t have the information to answer the question or if it does not apply. Please skip Section 3 if your organization does not use channel partners.

Note: Throughout the survey, “My organization” refers to the functional group with which your job position is most closely aligned (e.g., finance, human resources, marketing, sales). However, if you are in a very senior position with oversight beyond a functional group, or if you belong to a very small agency, department or part of the military, and are not part of a sub organization within, please answer as appropriate to your situation.
