1. General information
Please be aware that this online questionnaire is quite extensive. It comprises a number of different pages. The first page is general information and requires answers. The other pages are optional. Select the pages that relate to your business. Each other page relates to a separate Women in Business book - and hence the questions relate to the topic for that book. Some questions seem similar across the pages - remember they are in the context of that particular section (eg online selling).
The questionnaire may take 3/4 hour to 1 hour to complete so do choose a convenient time. Whilst completing the form you can go back and make changes, however once it is submitted it cannot be re-accessed (unfortunately - not flexible in the software). That means if you need to leave it to do something else you will need to submit it as it is - else start again later. If that does happen, let me know and we can finish the rest on the phone etc.
