Men's Sexual Health has been asked by the Primary Care Trust and other sexual health services across Wiltshire to ask you some questions, in complete confidence, to find out what services are working in Wiltshire.
As an organisation we follow full Data Protection Protocols, which means that any answers given will be protected by law. Your individual answers will not be passed to any other organisations, other than when combined with all other responses to produce the report.
We ask that you be as honest as possible with your answers, this is so that the development of services in future is something you actually need, which are based on actual facts and not assumptions.
We would also encourage you to get other people that you know to complete this survey; the more responses the more accurate it will be.
