Introduction
Thank you for downloading and using our rule-based modeling tools and for taking the time to help us by completing this survey. The survey has 10 questions. We are currently applying for funding to continue the development of our rule-based modeling tools, and we are asking for help from our user community to
1) demonstrate that our tools are used and valued for modeling biological systems
2) identify areas for future development that will increase the value of our tools to current users and expand our user base.
As part of this proposal we are planning to consolidate our efforts so that all of our rule-based modeling tools would be provided in a single integrated distribution and to add a number of key features that we believe are needed to increase the usefulness and adoption of rule-based modeling. Some of these are listed in Question 10 below. Please feel free to add your own ideas!
