* 8. To better accommodate those on my waiting list, we have instituted the following policies.

(1) PAYMENT MUST BE MADE AT LEAST TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT. If payment is not received within two weeks, we may cancel your appointment.

(2) CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULE: If you find it necessary to cancel or change an appointment, contact us at least 72 hours (3 days) ahead of the scheduled appointment. Any changes or cancellations less than 72 hours in advance, or missed appointments, will obligate you to pay for the originally scheduled time.

(3) APPOINTMENTS BEGIN ON TIME: If you are late to an appointment, you will lose those minutes. Connie will wait 10 minutes. After 10 minutes she will consider the appointment a No Show, and will not wait any longer.

(4) REFUNDS: There are no refunds, and the appointment is nontransferable due to my limited availability and the specialized nature of my sessions.
