The most savvy and successful people need to have significant positive influence at work. Genuine influence can directly impact the momentum and confidence of the groups and people one works with. Influence is arguably the greatest leadership ability in the modern era. Technical skills, intelligence, charisma, and vision mean very little without influence.
Ginny Carroll has been leading and working with nonprofit organizations for over 20 years. This session will draw upon Ginny’s experiences as well as theories of influence. You will be introduced to ten strategies to build confidence and competence at work.
