This survey is to find out what you'd like us to research in the next 12 months, and to get feedback and suggestions to help us improve our offering to you.

1. Which topics would you like Telesperience to cover in the next 12 months?

2. Are there any new types of products you would like us to offer in addition to research papers, blog posts, podzines, speedconferencing etc.

3. Currently we offer the podzine on a monthly basis. Would you like us to increase the frequency?

4. We are going to launch a Telesperience newsletter for the BSSOSS community. This will contain Microsperience articles, links to surveys and new research papers you can download, information about upcoming research and so on. Would you be interested in receiving a BSSOSS newsletter?

5. If we launched a BSSOSS newsletter what sort of content would you find valuable or be interested in receiving?

6. If Telesperience launched a free to attend event - one where you would just have to pay for your travel and accommodation - would you find this useful or interesting? The event would be focused on some aspect of how we improve commercial agility as well as the customer experience.

7. If you could design an event that delivered everything you needed, what format, topic and location would you like?

8. Telesperience would like to create a strong online BSSOSS community that is focused on examining key aspects of improving the CSPs commercial agility and customer experience. Do you think this would be a useful resource?

9. What resources do you think the BSSOSS community needs to create a strong online community? Ideas include: Forum for discussion & Q&A, Expert's Corner to answer specific questions and share knowledge, Access to information about vendors and products, Information about key individuals in the industry, aggregation of relevant news or research etc. Please tell us what you think is needed and/or what you think of these suggestions.

10. If Telesperience did just one thing in 2011 to improve its service to you, what would that be?
