Comprehensive Trail Plan

The Michigan Snowmobile and Trails Advisory Council (MSTAC) and the Department of Natural Resources have prepared the Michigan Comprehensive Trail Plan (Plan) to help guide the acquisition, development and maintenance of Michigan's trail system over the next five years. Our goal is to ensure that the plan meets the needs of trail users and trail providers. The purpose of this survey is to collect your thoughts, comments and concerns so that plan can meet this goal. * 11. MSTAC and the DNR feel strongly that it must measure progress and success in achieving the vision identied in the plan. While there are numerous measures that could be used by the state and its trail partners, the draft Comprehensive Trail Plan has identies metrics for each priority recommendation.
