As the New Year approaches and we prepare for our Annual Meeting in January, your Central Massachusetts Trout Unlimited chapter (#148) begins its strategic planning process for the coming year. In the past, our chapter has focused on a myriad of projects and activities that are both directly and indirectly associated with Trout Unlimited's mission. This year we've chosen to survey our entire chapter membership to help guide and focus our activities and efforts over the coming year. To accomplish this task, we need to hear from you!
We ask our members to complete the following survey in order to help us gain insight into your perception of our organization. We want to hear your ideas, constructive feedback and suggestions/recommendations for improvements!
With your feedback, we strive to retain and re-energize our current membership, while at the same time attracting and inspiring new members to join our ranks. Data from this survey will be used to shape our strategic plan for the coming year(s) and focus our efforts and resources towards the projects and events we (collectively) value most.
