1. Would you come to an "Introduction to Vinyasa Flow" yoga class on Mondays at 1:30pm?
2. Would you come to a "Lunch Power hour of YOGA" on Tuesday's at 12:30pm?
3. Would you like a combo class?
4. Would you come to a Ski Conditioning (including TRX, treadmill, spin, reformer, plyos...) class on Mondays and/or Wednesdays from 6:15-7:30pm for 6 weeks, starting the week of October 8th?
5. Would you be interested in a combo studio 108 class utilizing the treadmills, spin bikes, and plyos Wednesdays at Noon?
