Diabetes Survey: Students in Grades 7-8 |
1. Introduction
BSCS is currently developing new classroom materials about diabetes. What do you know about diabetes? Your answers to the following questions will help us develop activities that best fit with what students know or have questions about.
Answer the questions based on what you know or think now. Please do NOT do any research or look up information before answering these questions.
The curriculum that we will be developing will focus only on type 2 diabetes (not type 1). Therefore, unless we specific a type, we really mean “type 2 diabetes.”
Finally, the surveys are anonymous. We do not ask for your name or other information that would identify you.
