Roger Tym & Partners has been appointed by an umbrella group of national planning and property organisations to examine the training of planners and local councillors in the economics of development.
The group believes that many planners and other professionals working in planning receive inadequate training in development economics and the implementation of development, and wants to know how this should be addressed.
