2. What is your level of interest in having a Big Brothers Big Sisters program in your school or district?

3. If you are a superintendent or other district administrator, which elementary school(s) in your district do you feel is/are most in need of Big Brothers Big Sisters programming?

4. In your school or district's service area, what neighborhoods, housing or apartment complexes contain the highest concentration of low-income families?

5. Which of the Big Brothers Big Sisters School Based programs do you feel would be best for your school or district?

6. IF YOU CHOSE "LUNCH BUDDIES" OR "BOTH" -- What workplaces, retirement homes, colleges or other nearby sites could be a ready source of volunteers for the Lunch Buddies program?

7. IF YOU CHOSE "AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAM" OR "BOTH" -- BBBS has found that high school volunteers work best with afterschool programs. How far is your district's high school from the elementary school(s) where you would like to have an afterschool program?

8. IF YOU CHOSE "AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAM" OR "BOTH" -- Tentatively, what would be the best day of the week for your selected school(s) to host a Big Brothers Big Sisters afterschool program? (You may choose more than one answer)

9. Our afterschool and Lunch Buddy matches are designed to last at least 2-3 years, sometimes more. Are there any considerations that could affect this longevity expectation? (NOTE: BBBS programs are of no cost to schools; however, there may be costs associated with keeping the building open after hours.)

10. When beginning a new school based program, Big Brothers Big Sisters identifies a "champion" from that school: someone who is passionate about the program and can aid with recruitment, advocate for the program and act as a liaison between the agency and the school. Which faculty or administrative staff member would you select to fulfill that role, and why?
