1. Deadline is Wednesday, April 14. $20 per guest for dinner. No charge for meeting only.

 
Late cancellations (after April 14th) will need to reimburse ASQ, since meals are guaranteed to the hotel in advance. Those attending the meeting only will be seated in chairs without tables.
