Canadian Program of Research on Ethics in a Pandemic (CanPREP) – Health Care Workers Survey on Pandemic Influenza Preparation and Response

The Canadian Program of Research on Ethics in a Pandemic (CanPREP) is researching the ethical issues that arise during a pandemic. Our research program is funded by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR). Details about our work are available on our website (CanPREP.ca).

A major goal of our research program is to engage Canadians on the issue of pandemic preparedness and response. One approach we have been using is to conduct national surveys in order to collect the perspectives and viewpoints of Canadians.

In light of the current H1N1 pandemic, we are conducting this survey of health care workers across Canada to explore the attitudes and perspectives of clinicians on the frontline of the pandemic. There are no right or wrong answers to any of these questions and all responses are anonymous. The survey will only require a few moments of your time. Thank you in advance for your participation.

If you have any questions regarding this survey, please do not hesitate to contact CanPREP's project coordinator here.
