The mission of Barton Hills Elementary School (BHE) is to provide a learning environment that will enable each student to work to potential in his/her quest to be a life-long learner and a productive member of society.

BHE is supported by an active Parent Teacher Association. The PTA is committed to providing significant support for the teachers and students at our school. The PTA raises funds through dues and donations from parents (and their friends and relatives), teachers, and local businesses to support its mission. Our primary fundraisers are the Annual Fund, Carnival, and Silent Auction.

In April, the PTA's executive board will finalize its budget proposal for the 2010-11 school year. The budget then must be approved by a vote of the General Assembly. The purpose of this survey is to gather feedback from parents on the budget for next year. Your input will help us determine how to allocate your contributions and time to better serve our students.
