Careers Advisers

1. Survey on TotalProfessions.com - the professional body careers web site.

Why Total Professions was set up:
- Comments from careers advisers that there was no one place to easily access the professional bodies in the UK and that as a group they could do more to provide information to students and help ennoble the professions.
- As a response to the 2009 Government report, Unleashing Aspiration from the Panel on Fair Access to the Professions and recommendation 12 – the desired development of a ‘professions.com’
- The need for an improved linkage between all students, those on professional body accredited courses and the 270 + significant UK professional bodies featured on the site.
