North Marston Parish Planning Survey

This questionnaire is for everyone who lives within North Marston Parish and should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.

This survey forms a vital part of a community-wide consultation process which will feed into the creation of a Parish Plan for North Marston. The aim is to identify what people want and value within their community and to identify future needs.

The questionnaire has been developed by the Parish Council following the Open Meeting held at the Village Hall on Sunday March 21st.

Your help in completing the questionnaire is greatly appreciated and as a thank-you, you will be entered into a prize draw for dinner for two (worth £50). Please keep your raffle ticket in a safe place so that you can claim the prize if your ticket is drawn as the winner. A member of the Parish Council will hand deliver your hard copy and come to collect it if you don't return your completed form to either Sue Mordue, Parish Clerk, 49 Portway or Karen Parks, Chairman, 11 School Hill.

HOW TO FILL IN THIS QUESTIONNAIRE:
Please complete the questionnaire on behalf of your entire household after speaking with everyone who live in your house.

CONFIDENTIALITY:
Your answers are anonymous and once the data has been analysed it will be deleted. However, if you answer any of the questions that ask you to volunteer for something and you provide any contact information, we will only use these details to follow up with you.

Please try to answer all the questions as fully as possible because the data you provide will help us build the best possible plan with enough detail to convince those organisations we might approach to win funding for any projects or specific needs.

If you have any questions or queries about this questionnaire please contact any of your Parish Councillors or the Parish Clerk.
