Dear DFT Member,

Over the last (2) years many of us have felt betrayed. We are feeling the pressure of lost benefits and monies (i.e. $250.00 per pay with no interest) higher prescription coverage and medical co-pays, putting most of us in financial difficulty. We are asking you to take a few minutes of your valuable time to complete this brief survey.
