I don't have any animal companions.
I would prefer to leave them at home with family.
My dog, cat, or other can take care of his or herself; I prefer to allow him or her to run free (although safety can not be guaranteed, particularly for cats, who can not be contained by walls)
I could personally supervise my animal friend as much as possible, and otherwise he or she could stay in my room (I would clean up any messes)
I would appreciate an animal daycare service in a special yard where compatible animals could play together under supervision (but recognize that no supervision is perfect)
