. The reluctance of Veterans to ask for help is in part due to military training that instills self reliance and the willingness to accomplish missions at all cost, even at the cost of one's own life. This way of being is critical to survival in times of war but prevents far too many Veterans from asking and receiving the help they need to recover from war and deployment.
How important to you feel it is to send a message from the Veterans and Families of our nation to government and the military that a mandatory decompression program prior to homecoming must be developed and implemented?
Please rate your interest from 1 - 5
