9. We look to support appropriate people to achieve their coaching qualifications. Any coaches that we support financially are required to repay us with voluntary coaching hours. The repayment rate for this varies depending on the qualifications but is typically around £10p/h (e.g. if you received £100 then we would expect 10 hours of voluntary coaching time repaid to the local badminton community).
