1. Before filling out this survey, please make sure that if accepted for this position you will be able to:
Write a minimum of 2 posts per week.
Review all items you receive within 4 weeks (maximum).
Have at least 2 hours per day to do work related to my blog.
Respond to all emails within 24 hours (check email daily).
Notify me of any emergencies, illness, vacation, etc that interrupts your ability to perform your duties for my site, as soon as you are reasonably able.
Keep yourself organized so that you don't forget about reviews you owe.
Notify me of any and all problems that arise regaurding items you have accepted for review.

If you don't/can't agree to the above, unfortunately this isn't a suitable position for you.

3. Do you currently own or write for any blogs? Do you have experience pitching companies for review items? (Either way is fine)

4. How much time do you have to dedicate to my blog per day? Please make sure that this is your best estimate, and if you will likely be interrupted during your computer time, try to take that into account.

5. Tell me about yourself, your interests and your family. Please include genders and ages for any children.

6. Take an item from your home that you have experience with using and write up a review of the item, *as if you were going to publish the review on my blog*. Any product is fine.
