Thank you for taking the time to undertake this survey.

Your responses, whether short or in detail, are all valued. With a region of over 900 members, covering a large geographical area and covering a range of different sectors and professions, it is difficult as a Regional Committee to determine whether as a Region we are serving our Members adequately.

In order to assess this I have taken the decision, with the agreement of the Regional Committee, to undertake a survey of the Members.

The following survey has a number of questions, and only two questions in Section 1, have an obligatory answer. All other questions are optional and can be left blank.

Please also note that the survey is anonymous, unless you provide your email address, and no data, other than that which you provide, is gathered in the survey.

To answer all the questions would probably take about 10 minutes, however if you are short for time, please just answer the ones that you have an opinion on, or are important to you.
