* 1. The Housing Association agrees to participate in the benchmarking service till June 2014.

2. The Housing Association agrees to abide by the European Benchmarking Code of Practice.

3. Scottish Housing Best Value Network (SHBVN) and individual housing associations members will be joint owners of the collective data outputs.

4. The Housing Association agrees to SHBVN using the data to produce summary reports, promote good practice and highlight areas where further investigation is required.

5. The Housing Association agrees to pay invoices issued by the service provider on time.

6. The Housing Association agrees to complete and return the data collection form by the specified date.

7. SHBVN will not publish or share any performance information with other bodies without the prior consent of the Housing Association.
