Parents: The Parent Survey is required to evaluate the effectiveness of the Cowan Gifted and High Ability International Humanities Magnet instructional program.

Your comments will assist in planning for the 2010-2011 school year. Please complete the survey and return it to your child’s teacher. The results of the Parent Survey will be communicated to all Magnet parents.

Directions: Except where otherwise indicated, please mark only one response per question.

The second part of the survey will focus on parent involvement and suggestions

1. The following are Cowan organizations that are responsible for governance or program support of the Magnet School. Please mark all groups with which you regularly participate.

2. Have you had opportunities (meetings with the Magnet Coordinator, support of classroom activities, chaperone special events) to communicate, participate in planning of or support of Magnet programs and activities?
