Thank you for participating in the 3rd annual WFTDA Demographic Survey. This is a survey about modern roller derby, its fans, and its skaters.
Thank you for your opinions and for your valuable time. The results of the 2010 and 2011 surveys were extremely helpful to the WFTDA and to each of its member and apprentice leagues. Your answers will provide important information needed to help the Women's Flat Track Derby Association to grow and develop productive partnerships benefiting the entire sport. Your support is genuinely appreciated -- the survey should take 15-20 minutes.
The data you provide is confidential and will not be reused or sold. No identifying information about you will be collected, unless you choose to supply contact information at the very end to become eligible for prizes from the WFTDA. If you choose, this e-mail address will also be passed on to your local WFTDA league.

This survey is being conducted in parallel with the 2012 WFTDA Tournaments and Broadcasting Survey. The results of both surveys are independent.
Please note: Responses are limited to one per computer (IP address) for each survey. If there are multiple roller derby fans in your household who want to participate, each must take the survey from a different computer.
