As SALSC's administrator I have to complete a lot of forms and I know how complicated a simple job like that can be. As such, with the SALSC AGM and Seminar on the horizon, it has started me thinking about how easy it is for our members to affiliate to SALSC each year and register for events such as the Seminar. It is essential we get this right so please answer these 5 very short questions (Question 6 is optional) to help us make life as easy as possible for you. The suggestions that come out of this survey will help us in designing our affiliation form for 2010/11 and in our planning for the 2011 SALSC Conference.
