1. Think College-Vermont
The Center on Disability and Community Inclusion (CDCI) at the University of Vermont is one of eight programs selected to implement Think College, a national initiative to increase opportunities for inclusive postsecondary education for people with intellectual disabilities. For more information:

According to AAIDD (2009), "the term Intellectual Disability covers the same population of individuals who were diagnosed previously with mental retardation in number, kind, level, type, and duration of the disability and the need of people with this disability for individualized services and supports."
We are seeking to assess the current support and interest for this population to extend their education and training past high school. Please take a few minutes to complete this survey on behalf of yourself, family member, or organization. All information will remain anonymous. You may skip a question if it is not applicable.
Thank you!
Thank you for your participation!
These survey questions are from the book, Think College! Post-Secondary Education Options for Students with Intellectual Disabilities, by Meg Grigal & Debra Hart (2010) and the Florida Center for Inclusive Communities.
