1. Introduction
Thank you for participating in the Science Division's alumni survey.
The purpose of the survey is to seek feedback from science alumni about your experience at SWU and to learn about your recent life events.
Your responses will be used for the Science Division's assessment purposes only and will be kept in the strictest confidence. We are only interested in grouped data and no individual responses will be singled out from the surveys. In fact, survey responses are anonymous; there is no way for us to link responses to specific individuals.
Your participation is voluntary and you may withdraw from participation at any time. However, your responses are very important to us and we strongly encourage you to complete the survey. It should take 5-10 minutes to finish.
