Auxiliary Leadership and Communications Survey 2010

1. Auxiliary Leadership and Communications Survey

The following survey is part of an active duty Coast Guard organizational look at Auxiliary leadership and how its leaders communicate.

Leadership and communications have ranked very high over the years as key elements to Auxiliary member satisfaction and dissatisfaction. The outcomes of your input will help define better ways of doing Coast Guard business in the future.

Your responses on this survey, and those which might follow, will remain anonymous and no data you present below will be associated with you specifically or shared with your leadership where the survey provider would be identified. The survey should take about 5-10 minutes to complete. While we’ll not ask for your name we will use your AUX ID number for organizational and regional sorting purposes. You may be contacted for follow up.

Thank you!

Throughout the survey, your answers should reflect on only one person as "your" leader.

For most Auxiliary members this will be the Flotilla Commander. For Flotilla Commanders this would most likely be the Division Commander who in turn should consider District Captains as their leaders.

A Web 2.0 site allows its users to interact with other users or to change website content, in contrast to non-interactive Web 1.0 websites where users are limited to the passive viewing of information that is provided to them.
