Yorkshire Muslim Cultural Centre

1. Our needs as a community - Questionnaire

The city of Leeds and the surrounding district of West Yorkshire has a significantly sized Muslim population but despite the number of purpose built Mosques in the region, there is a growing need for a facility to help tackle a number of issues faced by the Muslim community.

We are attempting to develop a facility in the locality which would meet the needs of the community and where parents, children and families can access a wide range of services.

In order to assist us with the planning of the centre, we would like to ask you a few questions about your views on the proposed centre. The questions will take no more than 5-10 minutes and the information provided will be very helpful in ensuring that the centre provides the types of services you need.
