. I hereby adhere to the agreement stated below. I understand that failure to comply with this agreement may result in the other party enforcing appropriate action and/or the agreement becoming void.
THE EH ORGANISER AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING…
• Is authorised to run events under the name and logo of the Empowerment Healing meetup group (formally known as MSMG) unless otherwise stated
• Realises that the position of organiser is on a VOLUNTEER BASIS ONLY, not paid employment. However, they will receive many benefits from being an organiser, such as:
- Reference letter and certificate recognising their contributions
- Regular support from the founder and fellow organisers
- Opportunities to develop a wide range of personal and professional skills. Such as leadership, teamwork, event management, social networking, effective communication and financing
- Is exempt from all EH event fees
- Is able to host EH events at their place (if suitable)
- Able to attend all organiser functions and meetings
- Receives personal satisfaction in knowing that they are making a significant contribution towards the general wellbeing of society and making an empowering difference to the members they meet
• Must represent EH in a professional, respected and dignified manner in accordance with its rules and codes of conduct. Failure to do so will result in the founder enforcing any appropriate action deemed necessary, including the termination of the organisers contract and redemption of any liabilities or costs involved
• Is not allowed to poach members from EH, unless agreed to by the founder
• Is not allowed to run a business or sell any product or service within EH, unless agreed to by the founder
• Is responsible for their own event related expenses, including transportation, venue hire, equipment, administration, advertising, promotions and event listings
• Is responsible for creating, organising, facilitating and monitoring their own events, including all event details, RSVP’s, online feedbacks and member correspondences
• Will regularly update the founder of EH as to how they are progressing a an organiser, and any changes which need to be made
• Must provide at least 24 hours notice with sufficient reason if no longer able to run an event
• Must provide at least 1 week notice if wishing to resign as an organiser
• Unless otherwise stated organisers must not be partaking in intoxicants (whether by drugs, alcohol or smoking) while running an event
• Unless otherwise stated must wear the appropriate clothing and EH attire while running events
• Is over 18 years of age
• Has a clean criminal record and is able to provide a police check upon request
• The founder of EH must be notified as to any changes or circumstances which may affect their position as an organiser (such as lifestyle or financial changes)
• Will use all promotional and advertising materials as supplied by the organiser of EH. Any materials that are used which are not supplied by EH must be checked with the founder first
• Is willing is disclose any information that may be deemed relevant by EH, such medical history, qualifications and experience
• While the organiser is able to voice their concerns and opinions about EH, they must also accept that any major decision-making in regards to the structure, management, administration or documentation of EH is finalised by the founder

THE FOUNDER OF EH AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING…
• Is responsible for the management and general wellbeing of the organiser. The founder offers the following supports:
- organiser meetings
- training (when required)
- opportunities to network with other organisers
- regular progress feedback and suggestions for improvement
- assistance with event listings, advertising, promoting and financing of events
• Is willing to provide any information which is deemed relevant to the organiser
