The City of Waltham is preparing a Five Year Consolidated Plan for its federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) Programs. The survey below is an important part of this planning process, providing input from local social service providers on the needs faced by the City's least affluent residents which can be addressed by the CDBG and HOME Programs.
