We need you! Help The History Project honor Boston's up-and-coming LGBTQ activists and organizations!

Named after one of the early symbols of the Gay Liberation movement, the Lavender Rhino is awarded to an emerging activist or organization whose impact on the local LGBTQ community over the past five years deserves recognition. The past recipients have been Robbie Samuels, Spectra Adaora Asala, and Maggie Cee. The 2012 Lavender Rhino Award will be presented at The History Project's HistoryMaker Awards Ceremony, September 20, 2012.
