By completing this survey, you agree to participate in a research study from A.T. Still University. This study is sponsored by the NATA and will gauge the level of access to athletic trainers in the secondary school setting, which is a critical factor for delivering adequate injury prevention and medical care to student athletes. The study aims to determine how many schools have either full-time, part-time or outreach athletic trainers and what that access entails.
Your participation is voluntary and will involve completion of a 44-question survey. Completion of the survey should only require 15-20 minutes of your time. We ask that you answer each question honestly and to the best of your ability.
You understand that the results of the research study may be published but that your name or identity will not be revealed and that your records will remain confidential. You are not required to identify yourself on the survey itself.
Thank you for your participation.
