Local Hip-Hop artist Head-Roc has teamed up with Empower DC to launch a series of 8 outdoor, street-corner live concerts from Oct 19-28.

Head-Roc will be performing live new material from his latest album, the "Empower DC" Project

Empower DC will be on hand distributing information about our campaigns and signing up new members!
