TFTSJ 2010 Spring Volunteer Survey

We are pleased to announce The First Tee of San Jose 2010 Spring Class Schedule. We would like to get an idea of where you will be able to commit your time to the program this spring. Ideally, we would like eight volunteers per class.

Please fill out the following survey as soon as possible, but no later than Wednesday, March 3rd. While selecting classes to help with, keep in mind that we encourage volunteers to arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of class for preparation and stay 30 minutes after for wrap up.

See you at the Saturday, March 6th 1:00 p.m. Volunteer Training at Rancho del Pueblo (Junior Volunteers meet at 12:30 p.m.)!
