FOR RETURNING STUDENTS: Please complete these forms before Orientation nights, September 19 & 20.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
REGISTRATION FOR KITAH BET CLOSED- JOIN THE WAITING LIST:As of now, we are at our max class size for Kitah Bet (we have 25 students with a lead teacher and an assistant teacher in the classroom). We are pursuing hiring an additional teacher so we can open up a second Kitah Bet and your famillies can join our Children's Learning Program. Unfortunately, this will take a little bit of time and we might not be able to get it up and running by the first day of school. So for now, I encourage you to put your names on our Kitah Bet wait list and we will contact you with updates as to our progress. We want to be able to welcome you into our program and community and are sorry that for now, we do not have the space in our classroom because of limited staff. We do, however, very much have space for you in our community and welcome you to become members even before your child is officially registered in the program. We are working hard to find a solution that will allow us to expand our Kitah Bet and we appreciate your patience.

To put your child on our Kitah Bet wait list, please email our administrator, Efrat Baler-Moses, at kolot4u@verizon.net, with the following information:

Child's full name
grade
Parent contact: full name, cell phone, work phone, email address

This form can be used to enter information for 2 students at most. If you need to sign up additional students, please complete this form another time by going to the link again.

This form must be received electronically by August 1st to avoid a late fee charge of $50.

The information you share is CONFIDENTIAL and will be filed in the student's individual folder by the Education Director and shared with teachers if and when appropriate and helpful. Please complete this form as accurately and completely as possible so that we can provide the best opportunities for your child(children) to learn and perform.
