1. Athlete Goals for Short Term

 
As you know, I care about your short term 3-6 month goals; but I am more concerned how you will be in 3 years. That you can play with you kids, grandkids, sports, or whatever activity. We are here to stop our constant slipping into decrepitude which as we age we are all moving in that direction.
